Thank you for your interest in a commission! I offer the following products:

SKETCH
A quick, loose drawing with minimal detail.FLAT COLOUR
A more refined artwork with flat colouring and basic, rough shading.FULL RENDER

CHARACTER DESIGN

A character design piece consists of one full body, detailed depiction of your character and their unique clothing design.

A character sheet includes two full-body (front and back) depictions of your character and their clothing design, as well as three objects, for example, trinkets, items, or weapons.

¹Outside of the three initial objects that's already included in a character sheet.
²The additional charge for extra characters/figures is due to the compositional challenges that arise when multiple characters share the same image. Characters ordered as separate images do not apply this fee

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, this means you have thoroughly read, understood, and accept the terms listed on this page and on the invoice.
Please contact me if you have any questions.

GENERAL

  • I do: original characters, fan-art, pets, explicit nudity, light gore, backgrounds, and high fantasy (i.e. elves, orcs, halflings).

  • I do not do: mecha, furry, non-pet animals, heavy gore, and explicit NSFW.

  • If something is not listed above, please feel free to ask!

  • All communication will be done via email.

  • My commissions are for personal use only, please do not use them for profit. If you are interested in commercial work, please contact me via email ([email protected]) as it incurs additional fees for commercial rights.

  • I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

  • My work is 100% created by me. I do not use any A.I. and/or generative content models in any step of art. I can provide a .MP4 timelapse of the process of my work for peace of mind, just let me know when requesting a commission.

  • I own all rights to my work. Putting my work into any A.I and/or generative content model is strictly prohibited.

  • I am allowed to post the commission on my social media platforms (Reddit, Instagram, X, Tumblr, Pinterest, and Cara) unless requested otherwise.

  • I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio on my website (www.urtho.art) unless requested otherwise.

  • Fan-art commissions consisting of characters from any media and/or intellectual property may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.

  • Reposting and sharing the artwork is completely fine, but please give explicit credit @urthosart.

PAYMENT

  • All pricing is in Great British Pounds (£GBP). All currencies are automatically converted by PayPal.

  • All payments will be processed through PayPal via an invoice.

  • I will not use the 'Friends & Family' option under any circumstance.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I start your commission. I accept the other half of the payment when I have completed the commission.

COMMISSION PROCESS

  • After establishing what the commission you want via my commission form, pricing up the total payment, and receiving the 50% non-refundable deposit, I will then begin the commission.

  • I will then send a progress update of a sketch (watermarked) for your review, either to approve or make minor/major revisions before I proceed to finish the piece. I cannot offer anymore major revisions after this step in the process without incurring extra fees.

  • The time-frame it will take to complete a commission varies depending on what has been requested, but I usually set a general time frame of two weeks to one month unless stated otherwise. This is to ensure I provide my best work; I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my art, so please be patient.

  • You’re welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the sketch, flat colours, and final check phases for a general understanding.

  • After the final check progress update is confirmed, the final commission (non-watermarked) will only be delivered once I have received the second payment in full.

  • I will email you a full resolution, non-watermarked .PNG of the finalised commission as well as a watermarked .JPEG for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered to a place of residence.

  • If requested, I can also provide a .procreate source file.

REVISIONS

  • I allow two major revisions and changes at the sketch stage, all you have to do is pay the difference (if applicable).

  • I allow three minor revisions throughout the entire process. Any more revisions will incur an extra fee.
